What to Expect
Starting something new should feel welcoming, not overwhelming. Here’s what the process looks like from first inquiry to first day.
Background check required
for the safety and trust of our participants and families.
Orientation provided
we’ll walk you through everything before your first shift.
Flexible scheduling
We work around your availability wherever possible.
Both campuses available
Santa Ana and Fullerton, Monday through Friday.
We’ll follow up within 2 business days of receiving your application.
LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE
Board Service
Our Board of Directors works closely with staff leadership to accomplish broad strategic goals and financial objectives — keeping Reimagine responsive, healthy, and mission-driven. Board members serve on committees that meet regularly to advance our work through careful oversight, community connection, and genuine care.
- Two 3-year terms, with an optional third term — a meaningful, multi-year commitment to the community.
